Internet and Phone Order Return Policy:

Please e-mail us at to request a return. with RETURN REQUEST in the subject line so we can begin the return process.

A full merchandise refund excluding shipping charges will be issued on items UNWORN and UNWASHED in original packaging and coming from smoke free home within 7 business days. No return on undergarments. (all orders returned after 7 days of shipment will be subject to a 10% restocking charge)

**Any order returned after 30 days of shipment WILL NOT be accepted) 

**Any items return damaged or washed WILL NOT be refunded

**ORDERS PLACED ARE FINAL-We cannot promise to cancel an order after it has been processed. Sometimes we can catch it before it is cut but not after it has been cut.

Once an order has been started we will cancel BUT We charge a  10% restocking fee for cancelled orders that have already been processed. 

Customer is responsible to ship orders back.

If you have a problem with any item please contact us immediately so we can rectify right away. 

We DO NOT accept returns for soiled or washed merchandise.
All returns will receive a refund credit issued back to the original form of payment minus the shipping.
It is your responsibility to pay for shipping of unwanted items back to us

Mailing your Internet Return:

Exchanges will be granted on all unworn merchandise return within 7 business days of shipment.

It is your responsibility to pay for the shipping of exchanges. Please send a check for the shipping with your return or call us and we will charge your credit card or paypal account. Please return the original order within 30 days. If it is not returned we will charge your card for the 2nd shipment. Thank you for your understanding.
