This culotte/split skirt looks just like a skirt
with full pleates all around (pleates are sewn about 6" down) , elastic waist.
We have modified this pattern to remove some of the "bulk", but it looks exactly
the same as our original full pleat culotte pattern. Made in USA. Comes in:
lightweight (6 oz) dark denim. Machine wash cold, hang dry or tumble dry low.
Also comes in girls
sizes.
